Experts in air quality, water, traffic modelling and community engagement have been engaged to produce the reports required for future Development Applications.
The use of sustainable practices such as the recycling of waste product as organic fertiliser, energy efficient building design and biogas and solar energy power are planned.
The revegetation of riparian zones on the property, contributing to improvements in water quality in the Brisbane and Lockyer rivers, are also two of BVP’s environmental objectives.
