BVP grows the world’s largest quail from hatch to dispatch right here on our property in Coominya, QLD. Brisbane Valley Quail is a delectable bird so large it can be served as a main course.

Derived from the Coturnix Quail variety, the birds have no added hormones and are antibiotic free, grown in large, naturally ventilated barns on BVP family-owned farms.

They are finished and processed in BVP’s state-of-the-art export accredited facility and are available to you fresh or frozen.

Brisbane Valley Quail – A Natural Super Food

Quail is a delicious and very nutrient dense lean, white, tender meat. Often grouped with other ‘superfoods’ for its high protein content and iron. These unique birds are also high in vitamins and minerals and offer a very low cholesterol content.

With more protein and less fat than chicken and packed with even more important vitamins and minerals, quail meat really is the supreme protein choice.
